Before you begin to shop for a new home, you should set up a time to speak with us. We will help you determine not only what you are approved for, but also what your comfort level is. Taking this important step will put you in a better position as it demonstrates to a seller and their real estate agent that you are in a position to write a serious offer on their home.
When we speak, I will request verbal information about your income, assets and debt. We will also review your credit profile together and identify which loan program best suits your financing goals. At that time, whenever possible, I will issue a Pre-Approval letter which is the industry standard. However, there are more prospective buyers than there are homes for sale resulting in multiple offers; thus, it is essential for your offer to stand out.
As part of our commitment to strengthen your offer, Peterson Lending Group goes beyond issuing a Pre-Approval. Therefore, shortly after our initial conversation, we will email you a list of documents to provide. Upon receipt and review of your documents, we will issue a Full-Approval letter to your real estate agent giving you a solid competitive edge over other buyers.
